Yesterday was my nephew Timothy's birthday. He is now four years old, and apparently spent the whole day telling everyone that it was his birthday. We called him up to say happy birthday, and Melissa put him on the phone. When I asked him what day it was, the answer
surprised me. "Tuesday" Even more weird is that when I got his brother Benjamin on the phone (5 years old) and ask him what day it was, he said, "Tuesday". Apparently the kids are real big on the days of the week down there in Texas.

In Timothy's defense, he has been associating "Tuesday" with "Birthday" for at least the past month and a half. Every Tuesday he asks, "Is it my birthday?" "No Timothy, not for three more weeks."
Benjamin probably just thought you didn't know what day it was.
I also liked when Benjamin told Clark he played Winterbells earlier in the day, and Clark mentioned that he had played that game before. "You mean WINTER BELLS?" Like he just couldn't believe it.
Wait?! Did it occur to you that it was your sister's birthday? Kinda weird talking about your nephew on your sister's birthday. Oh well.
